Our Story

We spent time talking to cafe owners — not enterprise hospitality groups, actual independent operators running one or two locations. The pattern was consistent: loyalty tools were either built for restaurants with IT budgets, required customers to download yet another app, or were so generic they needed months of configuration before they were useful.

The cafes we talked to were not struggling with the concept of loyalty — they knew regulars drove their business. What they needed was something that worked at the counter without friction: no staff training manuals, no customer accounts, no plastic cards collecting dust in pockets.

So we built it that way. A QR code on the counter. Customer scans it, enters their number, done. The complexity — SMS scheduling, Google Review requests, reward tracking, device controls — happens in the background. Your staff does not need to think about it.
