Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade and your customer count exceeds the new plan's limit, you get a 14-day grace period to archive inactive customers before new check-ins are restricted.
What happens if I go over my customer limit?
Your existing customers can still check in and earn rewards — nothing breaks mid-service. New customers just can't be added until you upgrade or archive some inactive ones. You'll get email reminders with suggestions for who to archive.
What happens if I run out of SMS credits?
Check-ins, rewards, and your loyalty program keep running. Only the SMS notifications pause. Top up with a prepaid bundle (50 credits for $7) and messages resume. Your loyalty never goes dark.
